Alvar Aalto 51/403 Chair – 1932/3

This unusual upholstered variant of Aalto’s ‘Paimio’ Hallway chair has a lacquered frame in excellent condition with Finmar tag under.

The original sprung seat & ply sprung back has been re-upholstered in a hard wearing red cotton fabric.
